Throughout the year we offer exciting assignments in the Netherlands and elsewhere. Right from the start you deal with a relatively high level of responsibility and work on projects that really add value to the business. You can choose from several fixed assignments, but if you are looking for a special internship, we will try to find you one that suits your needs. These custom-made internships take place within one of our Business Lines or in any explicit field. They can be divided into associate internships of three months, in which you support your colleagues with their projects and get a close look on the division concerned, and graduation internships of four to six months, in which you work on your graduate assignment.

You get intensive supervision ensuring you complete your graduation assignment or associate internship successfully. Furthermore, an ITP Internship is a unique way to put yourself on the map within ING and become selected for an ING Talent Programme, a three-year, tailor-made traineeship.

The assignments are attuned to the starting tracks of the ING Talent Programme: Wholesale Banking, General Management Insurance, Finance, Operations & IT, Investment Management, Retail and Legal.
